I consider myself a Noblewoman of art. Many art types of every sort. I welcome all comments and criticism, but no mindless flaming. I embrace many cultures and admire them for what they have to offer.

Color. What kind of color can be used to describe me?

Black.

Black is not just an absence of color; it is separate from the others. I like wearing black and sometimes blue. I am not emo, as most may think of me as. I am simply a person being who she is and loving doing it. And I pray that every day holds something good.

I welcome many religious viewpoints and enjoy various arts of many different cultures.

Is religion just another name? Is it just a label? Labels are simply things used to identify what we cannot identify with.

I do not enjoy labels. They seem to be used purely as a means of control.

I believe in faith. I hold faith in what I cannot see, which confounds many of those I am close to. I believe in God, but I do not believe in the methods used by the religion to manipulate people.

I also hold no real interest in how others view me negatively. It only complicates matters and really does nothing for me.

Also, there is one thing in this world I do not tolerate and that is animal cruelty. I watch and read current events and feel as if these people should be set ablaze or have their butts burned the way they do these poor creatures.

I cry every time, and I mourn the death of God's innocent creatures.(Personally, I'd like to take a knife to someone's eye just as they way I saw a poor kitten has suffered in a magazine I had read). I cannot, however, mourn for anything as despicable as man when it comes to things like that.

Please, respect God's little creatures. They should bring us comfort and happiness, not at the expense of their own lives. They are the greatest of victims not being able to voice their own pain. I swear, when I think about how disgusting and filthy human beings can be, it makes me sick to the core.

I also believe in inner strength. Outer strength is meaningless without inner might.

To me, knowledge is power. Faith is power.

I probably sound like Yoda, so I am gonna sound off here...

Lessons Learned

Life comes with an instruction guide. I have learned some crazy lessons in life that I have crossed over the years. Well, here they are. I HAVE LEARNED WELL!!

1. Fat girls don't find the song "Fat Bottom Girls" as funny as you think they do.

2. Never call a biker Gene Simmons as he's pulling down the highway.

3. Chihuahua's don't like baby talk.

4. Old ladies have quite a swinging arm. They can still hurt.

5. Sweet Jesus can mean many things.

6. When riding a bike, never use a thorn bush to cushion your fall.

7. Pregnant women 9 months into it are still very fast.

8. Never stick your thumb in a socket no matter how many times you are dared to do so.

9. Jocks have tiny brains. This has been proven by Scientists.

10. Never sing the song "I Touch Myself" in the Dollar Store with Mennonites in it.

11. Food fights are not to be had in a fast food restaurant.

12. Ketchup is messier than you think.

13. Hard cat poo smells worse than soft cat poo. (I've had to clean it up...)

14. Never tell your boss that he is "too stressed out".

15. Dogs can smell the leftover ham on you even after you've had a bath.

16. Squirrels hiss when you try to catch them. (Blame my brother for that one. LOL)

17. Just because you CAN do a trick with your bike doesn't mean you're gonna be good at it.

18. Marshmallow wars should never be played at your job.

19. Your high school principal is the Devil in man and woman form.

20. For the love of God, never shake a Pepsi can and puncture a hole in it just to see "if it can hit the ceiling". It doesn't. It hits everything else.

And those are just some of my little lessons I have learned through the years. ACK! They're so weird!
